Shipping Information:
The standard shipping time is from 1 to 15 days depending on your location. At this time, we only ship within the US. Actual shipping charges will apply. We ship via US Postal Service or UPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your 100% satisfaction is our main goal. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns or exchanges for any items within 30 days of your original delivery date. Items returned must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item to be returned is caused by our error, we will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping costs.
When returning an item, make certain to properly insure the items.

If your order was damaged during shipping, contact us at: contact@xkitesshop.com. We will contact the shipper to start the claim so we can send you a replacement.
